img

This document represents the personnel onboarding process. This process includes the creation of all the necessary accounts for the new team member in multiple systems. This process is to be executed by the BLT operations staff.

The primary objectives of this document are to:

  • Provide guidance on what accounts should be created during the onboarding process of the team member.

  • Provide instructions on what systems (Asana, Everhour, Slack etc.) new team members should be added to and their functions.

Accounts:

Office 365:

Create a mailbox for the person in the bltgv.com domain. Contact the PM to do this.

Slack:

Add the new team member to BLTGV workspace. Add him/her to the appropriate channels, depending on the tasks the new team member will be working on.

Asana:

Add the new member to the team in Asana. Assign them to the projects they will be working on or/and create a separate project for their tasks.

Everhour:

For new team members required to enter time individually, create an account in Everhour with the same account name that matches their Asana account.

Google Drive:

Google Drive folder access is based on the role of the new team member. Add the new person to the appropriate Google Group(s).
