Personnel Off-Boarding Process
This document represents the personnel off-boarding process. This process includes the archiving of all the accounts created for a given team member in multiple systems. This process is to be executed by the BLT operations staff.
The primary objectives of this document are to:
Secure systems and information from personnel or the team member that no longer is authorized to have access.
Provide guidance on what accounts should be archived after the offboarding of the team member.
Accounts:
Office 365
Remove the outgoing user. Use this link for guidance. If you don’t have administrative permission, ask the Operations Manager to do it.
Slack
Deactivate the outgoing member’s account. Use this link for guidance.
Asana
Re-assign the outgoing member’s tasks to another member.
Remove members from the organization in Asana. See guidance in the section Remove someone from an Organization on this page.
- If the team member didn’t have individual access to the system, but was provided with credentials to log in as Resource Offshore Blended, the password should be changed and provided to those who are using these credentials now.
Everhour
Deactivate the outgoing member’s account. See guidance in the How to deactivate/delete a user section on this page. If the team member didn’t have individual access to the system but was provided with credentials to log in as Resource Offshore Blended, the password should be changed and provided to those who are using these credentials now.
Google Drive
Go to Google Admin, then Users. Find the outgoing member under the More tab and choose Delete a user.
